Thank you for shopping at Ansh Treasure! We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to return an item. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning and receiving a refund for your purchase.

Returns:

We accept returns for most unused and unworn items within 3 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at anshtreasures@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Please note the following:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • If the product is defective we will exchange with the new one.
  • For the exchange please create a video so that we can verify that our product is defective
  • We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made items.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Exceptions:

There are a few exceptions to this policy:

  • Sale items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.
